Our technology uses a hi-tech system which is unique to each users smart phone and encourages them to use the APP before and after each rostered shift when they reach and leave their place of rest, this encourages each individual to have their required rest periods and reminds staff of the importance of regular and unbroken sleep patterns before they return to shift. 

Environment: 

 Our team of experts identify practicable accommodation as near to a worksite as possible considering and monitoring carbon emissions between worksites and place of rest., whilst seeking accommodation with eco-certifications and sustainable practices such as electric & hybrid charging points. We do encourage employers and staff to consider greener travel choices such as car or van pooling which helps reduce your carbon footprint further. Each room booked with us results in a tree being planted ( fully certifiable and independently confirmed )

Technology: 

We have developed and built our platform  with industry experts to simplify the process when your staff are required accommodation and to support your business goals and commitments to health & safety. Our technology has a unique QR code function that is only applicable to the individual the booking is made under, and it cannot be copied or misused by another colleague, this allows for accurate information being sent and gathered from the moment the booking is requested to the moment the individual leaves his/her place of rest. Each individual receives live and accurate information from the moment the request is made on their behalf with a simple fingertip approach

Commercial

It is our aim to be the most cost-effective commercial rest management company there is who offer a quite unique service when it comes to businesses requiring their staff to stay away from home from time to time. We instantly take the leg work away from your administration team by our dedicated team finding the appropriate accommodation on their behalf saving time on labour efficiency right from the outset

Staff well-being

 Our technology has been designed to support staff well-being and encourages workers to not only use the facility that has been booked for them, but alerts them to swipe/tap in each time they depart or return to their place of rest. This in turn monitors rest periods whilst reminding staff the importance of regular sleep patterns before and after shift. We do not want workers travelling home tired but to utilise the booked accommodation and remain safe.

Communication:

We ensure from the moment the booking request is accepted that communication is kept throughout the stay. Once each booking is confirmed the individual will receive a text alert with the booking information on it and it can then be accessed via the Saludoze APP. The APP function has a comments section which the individual can comment in should they encounter an issue such as arriving late, this then sends an automated email to his/her line manager notifying them of the issue. Text alerts remain key throughout the stay to encourage workers to have sufficient rest.
